ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMITEE MINUTES DATE:Tuesday, August 25th 2020 MEETING:Economic Development Committee Meeting PLACE:Fraser Town Hall Board Room PRESENT Board:Barry Young, Brian Nicolas, Shelly Buhyer, Rochelle Gould, Jerilyn Suster Staff:Marketing and Economic Development Manager, Sarah Wieck and Jeff Durbin Town Manager 1.Regular Meeting: Roll Call Barry called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m. 2.Approval of Agenda: Deb moved, and Rochelle seconded the motion to approve the Agenda. Motion carried: 6-0. 3. Consent Agenda: a)Minutes – June 28th 2020 Deb moved, and Brian seconded the motion to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried: 6-0. 4.Discussion a)Update Regarding Market Street Buildings 1.Construction has proceeded with private crew. Floor and concrete. Roof will potentially be installed by winter. 2.Will be asking to extend the economic development program. Next meeting Sept 29th, 2020 b)Update Regarding Vicious Cycle Brewery 1.Loan was put on hold due to PPE loans 2.Waiting on SBA loan 3.Hoping to have exterior done by winter and interior by spring. 4.Hoping to be open by late summer early fall Page 2 of 2 c)Bandwango Re-Brand 1.Annual Pass 2.Recurring Offers 3.2nd Homeowner or local pass with reoccurring offer Deb Moved to open executive session, Brian seconded the motion Carried 6-0 5.Executive Session To discuss the purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer, or sale of real, personal, or other property interest under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(a).
