Motion by Howell. That the pills be paid as read.
Seconded by Freeman. Vote was unanimous in favor of Motion.
The matter of leasing the Airport to T.'r; •McCall was
brought up at this meeting. lotion by Howell. That there should
be a clause in the lease stating a certain rental sum should be
guaranteed in event tLe Government failed to provide the sum as
agreed. In event the Government uts up the sum as agreed on the
lease as agreed on, at the Sept. meeting would stand. But if the
Rovernment funds are not provide T.T.McCa11 shall pay 25.00
per Month rental and install Gas Pump and Tank at his own expense
with the privilege of removing same at the expiration of his lease.
Mr McCall will be granted exclusive rights for sale of Gas & Oil
at the Airport, and furthermore if the Government Funds are
provided the Hanger must be painted out of same and if
Government Funds are not provided Mr hcCall will pay 2b.00
per tonth and Village will paint Hanger. Seconded by Deinhard.
VOt:e veal unanimous in favor of Lotion.
Laurence eFall who nas the Contract for digging and
tilling ditch for water main extension to pest Addition of
McCall; was present and requested that the Village pay the
Workmans Compensation Insurance Premiums on the Torkmen
Employed. iilotion by Freeman that Village pay Premium. Seconded
Deinnara. Vote was ur�ani.mous in favor of Lotion.
