- m eting o" th : Board of Trustees of the Village of
ieCall, Valley County, State of Idaho, was held in the: Village
Hall at eight o'clock P. I., on November 19, 1955, pursuant
to adjournment from a regular meeting of said .Board of Trustees
held on November 4, 1935.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman, C. Peer,
and upon roll call the following members were found present:
W. C. Peer, Trustee and Chairman of Board.
Wm. Deinhard, Trustee
J. L. Freeman, Trustee
Also present, W. L. Jordan, Clerk..
Whereupon the Chairman announced that a quorum of Trustees
and the Village Clerk were present and further announced that
the meeting was held for the purpose of canvassing the tallots
cast at the special bond election held November 18, 1935,
The Board proceeded to canvass the ballots cast at said
special bond election held November 18, 1955, and after a thorough
canvass it was found that a total of 179 ballots had been cast
at said election, with the following result:
For the Bonds 165
Against the Bonds 14
Whereupon the Chairman of the Board announced that more
than two-thirds of all those voting at said election had voted
in favor of the issuance of said bonds and that said election
had carried.
There being no further business, it was moved by Trustee 'dim.
Deinhard, seconded by Trustee J. L. Freeman, that the meeting
adjourn. Motion carried and meeting adjourned.
