Seconded by Freeman. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion.
Letter from C.Van Duesen requesting the job of doing
the Annual Audit for the Village was read by the Clerk.
Lotion by Freeman. That Er Van Duesen be hired to do the Audit.
Seconded by Deinhard. Vote was unanimous in. favor of motion.
lotion by Howell. That a drinking Fountain be bought and
installed by pole in front of Power Co.Office. Seconded by
Freeman. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion. Clerk was
instructed to place order for said fountain immediately.
