Leeting called to order by Chairman Howell.
Linutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
The following bills were read by the Clerk.

Lotion by Deinhard. That the bills be paid as read.
Seconded by LcCall. Vote was unanimous in favor Of motion.
A committee from the Payette Lakes Progressive Club
consisting of Lrs .E.Oook, airs J.:i.Kasper, and Lrs Henry Hoff,
were present at this meeting and requested some financial aid
from the Village for improvement of the Cemetery. Motion by
Deinhard. That balance of Cemetery Fund be remitted to the Club
out of the July Tax Turnover. Seconded by LcCall. Vote was
unanimous in favor of motion.
Dr Don S.humbers as present at this meeting and suggested
as a safety measure to eliminate the possibility of contagious
diseases from the water that the water be chliri.nated . lotion
byDeinhard. That b0 Lbs. of Chlorex be purchased for this purpose.
Seconded by Freeman. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion.
Lotion by Freeman. That bill, be rendered Tom LcCall fort
lease on Airport from Sept.1 1935 to august 31, 193b, for sum
of 000.00 , Seconded by LcCall. Vote vas unanimous in favor,
of motion.

Mr, C.Van Deusen was present at t riis meeting and read
his report of the Annual Audit and also a tentative Budget.
Motion` by' Deibhard . That report be accepted and paid for
and that the budget as outlined by`Mr'Van Deusen be accepted
as read and published as required by law. Seconded by Freeman.
Vote was unanimous in favor of motion.
Ordinance No.86 an. Ordinance reppealing Ordinance No.79
and amending Section 2, of Ordinance to.66' an Ordinance fixing
the monthly rate to be charged by' the Village for I` ater from
its water mains through meter connections was introduced by

same. Seconded by Deinhard. Vote was unanimous in favor of
motion. Ordinance No.86 an ordinance # # repealing
Ordinance No.79 and amending Section 2-Of Ordinance No.66
�` to read as follows , The monthly meter rates for use of
v- water shall be, The first 3000 gallons $1.75
The minimum charge 1.75
All over 3000 gallons per meter per Month 10si per 1000 gallons,
was then read by the Clerk, twic, by Title and the third .*ire
in full and '.laced for final vote. Vote was by Roll Call as
follows. Howell, Aye. Deinhard, Aye. Freeman Aye. McCall, Aye.
Nayes. None. Ordinance No 86 was then signed by the Chairman,
and Clerk was instructed to have copy of same published as
required by law.
There being no furtbentto come before this meeting
-- motion was made to adjourn. Meeting Adjourned.
