Errs Gaekel was present at this meeting and requested that
the hitchrack built along side her fence by C.C.Anderson Co.be
moved and also that a .Large boulder taken from the basement
when it was being dug and which was left by her fence be moved.
After discussion it was decided to ask Ted Harwood, manager of
the Store to try and make arrangements with Tars Gaekel which
mould settle the complaint.
Ordinance No.61 an Ordinance Granting the Oregon Short
Line Raiiroad Co. the right to construct, operate and maintain
a spur track across Hemlock St. between Hemlock and iioosevelt
Avenues was read by the Clerk. lotion by Deinhard. That an
emergency be declared to exist and that the rules requiring
the reading of an Ordinance at three consecutive meetings
before voting on same be dispensed with and that Ordinence
No.bY. be read by the Clerk,Twice by Title and the third time
in full and final vote be taken on same. Seconded by McCall.
Vote was unanimous in favor of Eotiom. Whereupon Ordinance
No.87 was read by the Clerk. Twice by Title end the third
time in full and placed for final vote. Vote was by roll call
as follows. Howell. aye. Deinhard, Aye. LOCall, Aye. Nayes,
None. Ordinance No.b l was tjaen signed by Chairman Peer and
• Clerk was instructed to have cop; of same published as
required by lair.

-*' C.A.Stephens, Village Earshall, was present at this
meeting and requested a 60 day furlough to go to the Hot Sprin s,
Lotion by Deinhard. that request be granted. Seconded by Hower.
Vote was unanimous in favor of Lotion.
s W.B.Cook and firs Ed Luzadder were present at this
meeting and requested that some member of the Council be
appointed to serve as a member of the Local rlanning- Board for
Civic Improvement. Chairman Peer appointed J.A.Howell as the
member to serve.
The question of setting a date for a hearing to set a
special b mill levy for improvement og the water conditions.
lotion by Deinhard. That date for hearing be set as of July 20,

was unanimous in favor of motion.

Grant instead of a Loan and Grant of Funds with which to
construct a Sewer System and Sewage Disposal Plant,was intriduced
by 'Trustee Deinhard. Lotion by Howell. That resolution qe adopted. Seconded by McCall. Vote was unanimous in favor of
motion.
A Contract from Childs lontandon, Bond Buyers from
Boise, Idaho, was read by the Clerk. This Firm agreed to buy
the Bonds at anytime within yOda s after July b, that the
F.E.A. Grant of Funds for Sewer System might be made. Motion
by Wall. That Contract be accepted. Seconded by Deinhard.
Vote wes unanimous in favor of motion.
Lotion by Howell. That Clerk request the Village
Attorney Er Fred Taylor to draw up a Trains Ordinance which
would conform yo the State Lays regulating same. Seconded by
TYcCall. Note Eras unanimous in favor of motion.

Pursuant to section 49-1102 of the Idaho Code Annotated,
notice is hereby given, that the Board of Trustees of the
Village of McCall, Idaho, willIon
the
0,,;7e4t,day of July, 1936, at the Village Hall in said Village,
at 7:30 P. 1,1. on said day, grant a public hearing to determine
whether or not said Board shall make a levy for general rev-
enue purposes for said Village during the fiscal year 1936, of
5 mills in excess of the 10 mills authorized by law on each
dollar of all taxable property within the limits of said
Village.
Notice is further given, that any and all persons inter-
ested may appear at said time and place and be heard in re-
gard to said matter.
