That the bills be paid as read. Seconded by EcCall. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion, Lotion by Deinhard. The Clerk find out who now owns the property occoupied by the Larquess Cafe and request said owner to buil cement sidewalkin front of said property. Seconded by LcCall. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion. Lotion by Deinhard. That the Intermountain Air Transport Co. be notified to pay 000.00 for rental on Airport from Sept.l 1935 to Aug .31, 1936 and also pay one years renal in advance to Aug.31, z1937 which would be an. additional $300.00 making ## a total of $600.00 to be aid on or before Sept.l, 1936, or vacate the premises. Seconded by Liceall. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion. Sealed bids for drilling well for the Village were opened and read at this meeting. u, k.knudson of lerid ian Idaho bid $1,950.00 for completed 8 In. well to deliver 200 gallons of water per minute. A.E.Hosack of Nampa, Ida. bid $15.00 per foot for the first 100 feet and 4'10.00 Per foot for all over 100 feet on a 10 In. well. Jack Dir of 13oise, Ida. bid $7.00 per foot for 10 In. well. -Lotion by Deinhard. That bid of Jack Dir bd accepted. Seconded by LicCall. Vote was unanimous in favor of Motion. Mr Dir was present at the meeting and was informed that his bid was accepted. Lr Dir informed the Council that he would have a drillinghere and be ready to go to wor about a week. That an emergency be declared to exist and that the rules requiring the reading #t of an Ordinanceat three consecutive meetings before putting same to a vote be dispensed with and that Ordinance No.88 be read by the Clerk twice by Title and the third time in full and final vote be taken on same. Seconded by Deinhard. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion. Aereupon Ordinancd No.68 was read by the glerk, twice by title and the third time in full and placed for final vote. Vote was by roll call as follows. Deinhard, Aye. Iceallt Aye. N ayes none. Ordinance No.88 was themsigned by Chairman Peer and Clerk was instructed to have copy of same published as required by law. Ordinance No.891 an ordinance fixing the Village Tax Levy for 1936,was introduced at this meeting. Lotion by Lceall. Seconded by Deinhard. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion. thereupon Ordinance No.89; wes read by the Clerk, twice by Title and the third time in full and placed for final vote. Vote was by roll call as follows, Deinhard, A e . McCall, Aye. Nayes, None. Ordinance No 89 was them signed by Chairman Peer and Clerk was instructed to have copy of same published as required by law. Tax Levy for 1936 as set by Ordinance No. 89.
