The following bills were read by the Clerk. Seconded by IicCall. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion. Claim of L.D.Shellotth for damages for injuries received from collision with springboard on Village Dock was read by the Clerk. Motion by Deinhard. That Clerk advise Mr Shellworths Attorney, Lr .riel Crowley that the Village denies any negligence on their part in rdgard -Co this accident and respectfully declines peyment of same. Seconded by Leen. Vote rns unanimous in favor of motion. Lotion by Deinherd. That materiel be ordered for and work sterted as soon es possible on water extension to Hamrick, Loore, ;;firth and Johnson residences. Seconded by Ideal'. Vote was unanimous in favor of. motion. Lotion by Deinhard. That letter be written. to L.r P. F. Baird, State ,louse, B(Ase, Idaho, and inform him that: the Board of Trustees are very much in favor of heving a local Band organized. Seconded by lcCall. Vote wL,s unanimous in favor of motion. George Short W2s present 2t this meeting and informed the Board that he would paint the .irport hanger free of charge if the Village would furnish the paint end a man to help. motion by Deinherd.
