A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of McCall, Idaho, is hereby called to meet at the Village Hall on the 24th day of September, 1936, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M. of said day for the purpose of considering an offer of the United States of America to aid by way of a grant in financ- ing the construction of a sewerage system and for adopting a res- olution approving and authorizing the acceptance of such offer, for the consideration of a requisite ordinance confirming and declaring the result of the special municipal bond election held in the Village of McCall, Valley County, State of Idaho, on the 18th day of November, A. D. 1935; and for the considera- tion of a requisite ordinance authorizing notice of proposal to issue and sell bonds of the Village of McCall, Valley County, Idaho, in the principal sum of $17,400.00, and inviting bids therefor and prescribing the form of notice to be given; and for the purpose of considering the employment of an attorney and an engineer to handle the legal and engineering matters and things pretaining to the financing and construction of the proposed sewerage system, and for the consideration of such other matters and things as may properly come before said meet- ing. Dated this 23rd day of September, 1936. MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MCCALL, VALLEY COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of McCall, in Valley County, State of Idaho, was held in the Village Hall in the Village of McCall, at 8:00 otclock P. M. on Thursday, the 24th day of September, 1936, pursuant to the following written Call and Waiver: NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING To the menbers of the Board of Trustees of the Village of McCall, Valley County, State of Idaho. The undersigned, being all the remaining members of the Board of Trustees of the Village of McCall, Idaho, hereby acknowledge receipt of said notice, and consent and agree that said Board of Trustees shall meet at the time and place therein named, and for the purposes therein stated. Deinhard, J. E. Freeman, v . E. TkicCall, and Village Clerk W. E. Jordan. The following was absent: J. Howell. A quorum of the members of time Hoard of Trustees being present, the following proceedings were had, to wit: :after discussion of the offer of the United States of America to aid by way of grant in financing the construction of a sewerage system, the following resolution, numbered 90, and entitled "A Resolution Accenting the Offer of the United States to the Village of McCall, Valley County, State of Idaho, to Aid, by Way of Grant, in Financing the Construction of a Sewerage System" was proposed by Wm. The Chairman thereupon declared the said resolution carried and the said Chairman thereupon signed said resolution in apznroval thereof. draft of a proposed ordinance declaring the result of a special municipal bond election held in the Viilave of LcCall, Valley County, Mate of Idaho, on the 1.8th day of November, 1935, was there- upon presented to the Board. It was moved by Trustee Deinhard end seconded by Trustee LcCall that the rules be dispensed with as provided in Section 49-1804 of the Idaho Code Annotated, 1932, and that the ordinance be read twice by title and once in full at length and placed upon its final passage. The ordinance was read the first time by title, and the Chair- man of the Board declared the first reading thereof. The ordinance was read the second time by title and the Chairman declared the second read- ing thereof. The ordinance was read in full and at length and the Chairman declared the third reading thereof and submitted the question: "Shall the ordinance pass?" The question being put, upon roll call the following vote was had: Trustee W. C. Peer, aye Trustee m. Deinhard, Aye Trustee J. E. Freeman, aye Trustee W. E. LeCall, aye It was moved by Trustee Freeman and seconded by Trustee Deinhard that the ordinance be given the number 91, and that said ordinance be published in The Payette Lake Star, a newspaper pub- lished and having general circulation within the Village of ycCall, Valley County, Idaho, according to law. Be It Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Village of McCall, Valley County, State of Idaho: Section 1: That the offer of Fred L. Taylor, attorney at law, of Cascade, Valley County, Idaho, to the Village of LcCall, Idaho, to render le;al services in all the proceedings in the construction and financing of a sewerage system for said village, including such pro- ceedings as may be necessary in the bond issue of said village for the financing of said sewerage system for a fee or total sum of -i2© , be, and the same hereby is, in all respects, accepted. :section 2: That the offer of Thomas Eastman, engineer of 1,cCall, Idaho, to the Village of McCall, Idaho,to render all engineering services that may be required in the planning, construction and installation of a sewerage system for said village, for a salary at the rate of �200 per month for the time actually consumed on said project, the total sum for all such services rendered not to exceed four percent. of the contractor's bid on said project, be, and the same hereby is, in all respects, accepted. ,and the said Thomas Eastman, the terms of which said contract to be in accordance with this resolution.
