Letter from 6he First Stage Bank, Donnelly, Idaho,
adviseing that Bonds N0,10 & 16, the last of the outsaanding
water bondp, were on hand for payment. The letter further
stated that if the Village was unable to pay said bonds et
this time that the Bank would nay same providing the Village
would craw in favor of the Bank, Two registered warrants for
000.00 Each, and forward to the Bank, to hold, instead of tha
Bonds and that the Bank would cancel said bonds and place same
in Village Deposit Box. Motion by Deinhard. That Clerk be
instructed to draw and register two warrants in favor of the
Bank, for bOO.00 each and forward to the Bank to hold instead
of said bonds. Seconded by Freeman. Vote was unanimous in favor
of motion.
Where being no further business to come aefore this
meeting motion WES made to adjourn. Meeting adjourned.
