To the members of the Board of Trustees of the Village
of McCall, Valley County, State of Idaho.
A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the
Village of McCall, Idaho, is hereby called to meet at the
Village Hall on the 30th day of October, 1936, at the hour
of 8:00 o'clock P. M. of said day for the purpose of con-
sidering and acting upon bids for the purchase of the
$17,400 general obligation sewer bonds of the Village pur-
suant to the Notice of Sale of said bonds, a copy of which
appears in the minutes of the meeting of the Board held
October 5, 1936, and for the consideration of such other
matters and things as may properly come before said meet-
ing.
Dated this 28th day of October, 1936.

The undersigned, being all the remaining members of the
Board of Trustees of the Village of McCall, Idaho, hereby
acknowledge receipt of said notice, and consent and agree
that said Board of Trustees shall meet at the time and place
therein named, and for the purposes therein stated.

OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LeCALL, VALLEY COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO
A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village
of McCall, in Valley County, State of Idaho, was held in the
Village Hall in the Village of FLcCall, at 8:00 o'clock P. M.
on Friday, the 30th day of October, 1936, pursuant to the
following written Call and -iaiver:

A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the
.Village of McCall, Idaho, is hereby called to meet at the
Village Hall on the 30th day of October, 1936, at the hour
of 8:00 o'clock P. E. of said day for the purpose of con-
sidering and acting upon bids for the purchase of the
1.7,400 general obligation sewer bonds of the Village pur-
suant to the Notice of Sale of said Bonds, a copy of which
appears in the minutes of the meeting of the Board held
October 5, 1936, and for the consideration of such other
matters and things as may properly come before said meet-
ing.

The meeting was called to order by W. C. Peer, Chair-
man of the Board of Trustees. Upon roll call the following
were found to be present: Trustees 4m. Deinhard, J. E.
Freeman, 4. E. McCall, W. C. Peer, and Village Clerk W. E.
Jordan. The following was absent: J. A. Howell.
quorum of the members of the Board of Trustees be-
ing present, the following proceedings were had, to wit:
The Board proceeded to open and consider bids for the
purchase of the A7,400 general obligation sewer bonds of
the Village pursuant to the Notice of :gale of said bonds,
a copy of which appears in the minutes of the meeting of the
:Board held October 5, 1936.
The Clerk announced that he had received but one bid
for said bonds, which bid was from Sudler, .jegener & Co.,
Inc. of Boise, Idaho. Said bid was read at length by the
Clerk, and is as follows:

Gentlemen:
In connection and in compliance with your legal
published notice to sell '17,400 General Obligation Sewer
Improvement District Bonds, which bonds are to be issued
on the amortization plan and which bonds are to commence to
mature in two years after date of issue and to mature twenty
years after date, we make you the following proposal.
Je will pay par and accrued interest for legally
issued bonds bearing interest at the rate of 5 1/2 subject
to the approval of all the proceedings in connection with
the issuance of said bonds by lyles P. Tallmadge, bond
attorney, Denver, Colorado, or some other recognized bond
attorney and with the understanding that the funds derived
from the sale of these bonds are to be used for Sewer improve-
ment, costing approximately N0,000, and that the balance
of said funds are to be derived from the P. W. A. as a grant

the project can be completed in its entirety the proceeds
from the sale of these bonds are not to be used except in
the above connection and are to be used to take up the
bonds as soon as possible. We expect delivery of the bonds
as soon as legally possible, and in case the funds do not
become available we agree to return the bonds to the Village
at par and accrued interest, in which case the Village agrees
to pay all our expenses in connection with the purchase and
sale of these bonds in an amount not to exceed 1100.00.
Attached hereto is Certified Check in the a :count of
070,00, which is 5% of the a .aunt of the issue, which check
is to be retained uncashed. by you and. applied on the purchase
pride of the bonds. If a proper approving opinion cannot
be secured relative to the issuance of the bonds and delivery
cannot be made, the funds are to be promptly returned to us.
This bid is for immediate acceptance, and if not accepted,
the check is to be also promptly returned to us.
If our bid. is accepted, you agree to promptly; furnish
us with complete certified copy of transcript of proceedings
in order that we may submit same to the attorney for approv-
al. We agree to pay for our attorney's opinion.

After due consideration of said bid it was moved by
Trustee Wm. Deinhard, seconded by Trustee W. F. :McCall, that
the bid submitted by Sudler, Wegener & Co., Inc. be accepted
and that said bonds be sold to Sudler, Wegener & Col, Inc.,
and that the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and the Clerk
be authorized Ind instructed to eonsumate said sale on behalf
of the Village of iicCall, and to execute said bonds and cause
same to be delivered to Sudler, Wegener & Co., Inc.
The Motion being put, upon roll call the following vote
was had: Those voting aye were :Trustees W. C. Peer, W. F. McCall,
Wm. Deinhard, and J. E. Freeman.
Whereupon the Chairman announced that said motion had
carried unanimously.
