COUNTY,
ikn adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of
the Village of McCall, in the County of Valley, State of Idaho,
was held in. the Village Hall in said Village at eight o'clock
P. I~i., November 5, 1936, pursuant to adjournment from a regular
meeting of said Board of Trustees held L~ovember 2, 1936.
The meeting was called to order by ~g. C. Peer, Chairman
of ~
t~.e Board of Trustees, and upon roll call the following
were found present: Trustees ¥.~. i~eer, .~m. Deinhard, ~..~.

The Chairman announced that a quorum was present, where-
upon the followinad proceedings were had, to wit:

it was moved by Trustee W. E. IdcCall, ~ud seconded by
Trustee J. E, Freeman, that the rules be dispensed with as pro-
vided in Section 49-1804 of the Idaho Code ~notated, 1932, and
that the ordinance be read twice by titMand once in full at
length and placed upon its final passage. The motion being put,

The ordinance was read the first time by title, and the
Chairman of the Board of Trustees declared the first reading
thereof. The ordinance was read the second time by title and
the Chairman declared the second reading thereof. The ordi-
nance was read in full and at length and the Chairman declared
the third reading thereof and submitted the question:
t'Shall the ordinance pass?"
The ~uestion being put, upon roll call the following vote
was had:
Trustee W. C. Peer, aye
Trustee Wmo Deinhard, aye
Trustee Jo E. Freeman, aye
Trustee W. E. McCall, aye
There being no negative vote, the Chairman of the Board
of Trustees declared and announced that said ordinance had
passed unanimously.
It was moved by Trustee Freeman and seconded by Trustee
Deinhard that the ordinance be given the number 96, and that
said ordinance be published in The Payette Lake Star, a news-
paper published and having general circulation within the
Village of McCall, Valley County, Idaho, according to law.
The motion being put, upon roll call, the following vote
was had:
Trustee W. C. Peer, aye
Trustee Wmo Deinhard, aye
Trustee J. E. Freeman, aye
Trustee W. E. McCall, aye
Whereupon the Chairman of the Board of Trustees announced
and declared ~hat said motion passed unanimously.

An adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of
the Village of McCall, in the CounSy of Valley, State of Idaho,
was held in the Village Hall in said Village at eleven o'clock
A. M., November 7, 1936, pumsuant to adjournment from an ad-
jo,~rned regular meeting of said Board of Trustees held November
5, 1936.
The meeting was called to o~,der by W. C. Peer, Chairman of the
Board of~Trustees, and upon~roll call the f611oWing were fsu~d
present: Trustees W. C. Peer, Wm. Deinhard, W. E. ~cCal!,
J. E. Freeman, and J. A. Howell, and Village Clerk W, E. Jordan.
The Chairman announced that all members of the Board were present,
whereupon the following Proceedings were had, to wiS:
After discussion the following resolution was offered:
RESOLUTION REC0!~U~ENDING AWARD OF CONTRACT
BE iT REsoLVED BY TIlE BOARD OF TRUSTEE§ of the village of
McCall, Idaho that.
~ WHEREAS, bids for the construction and installation of a
sewer system and sedimentation tank in connection wi.th P. W. A.
Docket No. 1050 R were received and opened on the 7th day of
November, 1936, and in the opinion of the Board the bid submitted
by Hartenbower Bros. of Caldwell, Idaho, was and is the lowest
and best bid so submitted:
NOW, THEREFORE, it is ~e sense of the Board that the bid
of the said Hartenbower Bros. should be accepted and it is so
recommended. This recommendation is based upon the report and
recommendation of applicant's architect, whose report and
commendation dated November 7, 1936, are by reference made a
part hereof.
The above resolution was seconded by Trustee J. E. Freeman and
was adopted with the following voting Aye: Trustees W. C. Peer,
· ~ J E Freenmn; and J A. Howell,
Wm Dei~mhard, W. E. LcCall, . . .
and the following~voting Nay: None.
The Chairman thereupon declared said resolution duly carried.
After discussion the following resolution was offered:
RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT
BE IT RESOLVED BY TtiE BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the Village of
~cCall, Idaho, that.
WHEREAS, bids for the construction and installation of a
sewer system and sedimentation tank for use in connection ~th
P. W. A. Docket No. 1050 R were received and opened on the
7th day of November, 1936: and,
WHEREAS, this Board has heretofore recommended that the
award of contract should be ~ade to HartenBower Bros. of Caldwell,
Idaho; and,
~ERL~_S, the formal approval of the Federal Emergency
Administation of ?nblic Works has been given to the award of
contract to the said Hartenbower Bros. :
NOW, THEREFO~ be it resolved that the bid of the said
Hartenbower Bros. be, and the same is~ hereby accepted~ and
the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and the Village Clerk
of said Village are hereby instructed to execute contract
vA th s~d Hartenbower Bros. on behalf of and under the seal
of the said Village for said purpose; and that said contract
shall be in the form and on the terms required by regulation
of the Federal Emergency Administration of Public ~orks and
as submitted to the Board of Trustees at this meeting, which
contract is hereby referred to and made a part of this reso-
lution, and of the permanent records of the Village of }..~c all~
Idaho.
The above ~esolution was seconded by Wm. Deinhard and was
adopted v~th the following voting Aye: Trustees W. C. Peer,
W. E. l~cCall, ~Vm. Deinhard, J. E. Freeman, and J. A. Howell;
and the following voting Nay: None.
The Chairman thereupo~ declared said resolution duly
carried.
The following claims against the Village were read:
Gordon C. Smith, plans and speci£ications for sewer and
expenses of trip for inspection ef project as provided
in contract with Village, ...... ~265.35
Thcs. F. Eastman1, services on sewer project from
Sept. 25, to Oct. ~5, 1936,

It was moved by Trustee Howell, seconded by Trustee
I~IcCal! that claims be paid as read. i{otion carried '~animously.
There being no further business to come before the Board
the meeting was adjourned.
