Vote w2s unenimous in favor of motion. tt tt tt 9 tt 9 9 9 it .4 9 Resigmation of LcCaii as 2 member of the Board of Trustees was reed by the Clerk. Lotion by Deinnerd. That resignation be accepted. Seconded by Howell. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion. Lmended claim of L. D. Shellmorth for 000.00 for damages sustained from collision with springboard on Village Dock was read by the Clerk. Lotion by Deinhard. That claim be paid. Seconded by Lowell. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion. Jack Dir, the contractor, who is drilling the well for the Village was present at this meeting end informed the Board net he was down s20 feet and had not struck water and asked if the Board vented him to continue with the drilling until he struck water or stop at the present depth. After considerable discussion in regard to funds to continue the well, it wes decided that the Village authorize 1r Dir to drill on down to a depth of 400 feet, if necessary,to:get sufficent meter. Lr Dir agreed to drill the additional 60 feet for b.0U per foot if it is not necessary to case the well and if casing is required it moula cost 0.00 per foot or 2,600.UU for drilling, casing and completeing well to a depth of 400 feet.
