Special meeting; of the Board o Trustees called
for the purpose or deciding whether' to continue with the
drilling on the well or stop at present depth.

r qquorum being present the meeting was called to
order by Chairmen Peer.
v- %r. Dir the well driller was present at the
�, meeting and informed the Board that he had reached a
depth of 612 feet and had not struck water aand that
the well was cased to a depth of ib2 feet and that the
well had caved between the depth reached by the casing
and the total depth which he had reached so that in order
to drill below the present total depth of ell feet it
would ba necessary to case the entire depth drilled.
The question of funds with which to continue with
the drilling and also the advisability of doing so, was
discussed by the Board. Lotion by Deinhard. That drilling-
be stopped and the balance due Li% Dir for drilling be paid.
Seconded by Howell. Vote was unanimous in favbr of motion.
There being no further business to come before that
meeting. L;eeting was adjourned.
