That the bills be paid as by Bonecher. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion. The Budget for the Fiscal Year beginning May 1, 1937 and endi April 30, 1938, was read by the glerk. Motion by Brown. That •get be accepted as reed. Seconded by Howell. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion. The Budget herewith adopted is set forth in full on Page 110 and made a- part hereof. Mr. Joel Anderson was present at this meeting and requested a Beer License. Motion by Brown. That License be Granted. Seconded by Bonecher. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion. kr.. A. J. Peterson was present and requested permission to 'hook on to the Water Meter which was installed oy Brom Tie & Lumber for water service to a Trough hack of Kasper Res. but which they have ceased to use. Letter:fra own Tie & Lumber Co. granting Mr. Peterson permission to use this installation Wee read by the `Clerk. Motiom'b Howell. That Village give Mr. Peterson permission to use this installation. Seconded by Brown:. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion. Payment No.2 of S41664.66 to Rartenbower Bros. on Sewer Contract was presented. Lotion by Howell. Resolution adopting a proposal submitted by Bartenbower Bros, for extending the 12 inch Sewer Line 400 feet South of Original Site to new Site selected for same and also extending the 8 inch line along Pine St. and Roosevelt Ave. was introduced by Trustee Howell. Copy of Resolution and action taken on same is set forth in Tull on page lla and. made a part hereof. N. A. Carr, Village later Master was present at this meeting and informed the Bard that 6 new watee meters were needed. Motion oy Howell, That Clerk order 6 meters. Seconded by Peer. Dote was unanimous in favor of motion. Motion by Brown. That Villa�gs ay GuyConyers the sum of $50.00 per Month beginning kt8y_..15, 1937, for services as Night latcSeconded by Howell. Vote was pnanimous in favor of motion. Motion by Howell. That Otdinance No.63 pretaining to License on Dogs be enforced, beginning July 1, 1939. Seconded by Brown. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion. Clerk was instructed to have notice of action published. Motion by Brown. That Fred M. Taylor, acting attorney for the Village, be instructed to drag a new set of Ordinances covering offenses against the Peace or the Village, Regulating Traffic and also setting a License Tax on Transient business enterprises such as Lunch Stands Etc. and any other Ordinances that are out of date. Seconded by Howell. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion.. Motion by Brown. That peddlers of all kinds be compelled to pay a license tax of $25.00 per year where they make ore then one trip here during the season, and $3.00 per day or part of'a day where they only make one trip during the season. Seconded by Bonecher, vote was unanimous in favor of motion. Thera being no further business to come before this meeting. Meeting was adjourned. TREABURERS REPORT.
