Motion oy Howell. That the rules requiring the reading of en ordinance at three consecutive meetings before voting on.same oe suspended and that Ordinance No.98, be read by she Clerk, twice by Title and the third time in fall and final vdte be taken on same. Seconded by Peer. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion. Whereupon. Ordinance No.y8 was read by the Clerk twice by title and the third time in full and placed for final vote. Vote was by roll call as follows. Howell, Aye. Peer, Aye. Brown, Lye. Nayes, none. Ordinance No. 8 was then signed by Chairman Gillespie, and Clerk was instructed to have copy of same puolished as required by law. Ordinance No..yy, termed " The Annual Appropriation Bill" was introduced.. Motion by Brown. That the rules ue suspended and that Ordinance No., ue read twice oy title and the third time in full and final vote ue taken on same. Seconded by Peer. Vote was unanimous in tavor of motion. (Continuation of minutes of Aug.2, Meeting.Q Ordinance No.100, "Fixing the Village Tax Levy for the Year 1937," was intredueed. Motion by, Peer. That the rules be suspended and that Ordinance No.100, be read twice by Title and the third time in full and final vote be taken on same. Seconded by Howell. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion.. Whereupon Ordinance No.100, was read by the Clerk, Twice by Title and the third time in full and placed for final vote. Vote was by roil call as tollows. Howell, Aye. Brown, Aye. Peer, Aye. Nayes, none. Ordin annce.No.100, was then signed by Chairman Gillespie and Clerk was instructed to have copy of same published as required by law. Letter from R. V. Leonard, State Chemist, requesting return of the chlorinator which ne loaned the Village in July 1936, was read oy the Clerk. Literature forwarded by Mr.Leonard describing and listing price of a Wallace & Tiernan Chlorinator was studied. Motion by Brown. That Clerk write to Wallace & Tiernan for catalogue, and also write to the Boise eater Corp. for names and addresses of other chlorinator manufacturers. Seconded by Peer. Vote was unanimous in savor of motion. Payment No.4, of 8,107.19 to Hertenbowe r Bros on Sewer Contract was presented. Motion by Brown. That check be drawn on Sewer Fund in favor of Hertenoower Bros, for this amount. Seconded by Howell. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion. Resolution cnanging Sewer Line extension of 400 feet on Pine Street to Third Street and eliminating Sludge Pump at Sedimentation Wank was presented. Motion oy Brown. That Resolution be adopted. Seconded by Peer. Vote was unanimous in tavor of motion. There being no further business to come before this meeting, meeting was adjourned.
