That the bills be paid as read. Seconded by Peer. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion. Bill from Wallace & Tiernan to amount of 07.70 for repairs for new Chlorinator was read. Motion by Howell. That payment of this bill be held up until the matter could be taken up with the Brown Tie & Lumber Co. as he felt this should be paid by them. Seconded by Peer. Vote was unanimous in favor or motion. The question of hiring a Eatermaster t® succeed N. Carr who resigned ➢ec.10,1937, was discussed. Chas. Arnold who was temporarily appointed to fill the position pending a meeting of the Board was present and submitted an application for the position at a salary of Ob.00 per month from Dec.1, to May 1, and 0.00.00 per month frpm May 1, to Dec.1. Motion by Peer. That Arnold be appointed. Seconded by Gillespie. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion. There being no further business to come before this meeting, Meeting was adjourned.
