Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Motion by Brown. That the Dills ue paid as read. Seconded
by Bonecher. Vote was unanimous in savor of motion.
.It number of visitors were present and requested that tne
Village try and purcnase the Northwest corner of the Deinnard Hotel.
Property in order to widen the street at that point, and also the
Northwest corner of the Shell 0i1 0o. property west of the McCall
Theater. Motion by Brown. That tne Clerk write to the Shell Oil Co.
and ask for price of this corner. Seconded by Gillespie. Vote was
unanimous in favor of motion.
llr. Deinhard was present and was askew in regard price of
triangle `/-t feet, East and Soy�th from Northwest corner of Lot,
Er. Deinhard agreed to sale of same the price to be set by three
disinterested parties, one to be selected by Mr. Deinhard and
one to be selected by the Village Board and the third to be
selected by these Two. Motion by Brown. That M. R. Bonecher be
appointed to represent the Village in this transaction. Seconded
by Gillespie. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion.
There being no further business to come before tne
meeting, motion was made to adjourn. Meeting adjourned.
