Special meeting of the Board of Trustees called
for the purpose of discussing matter of changing Village
Fars ha ll .

Due to the absence of Chairman Gillespie it was moved
end seconded tnat J. A. Howell be appointed as Chairman Pro-
Tem of this meeting.
' Meeting called to order by Cnairman Howell.

�„� Several members of the Board stated that there had been
numerous cpmplaints as to Ir. Stepnens conduct as Village
Marshall and that they nad all demanded that a cnange be made
immed iajely.
Motion by Brown. That mr Stephens be requested to tender his
fesign$tion at once and that Guy Conyers be appointed to the
position until next regular meeting or the Board of Trustees
on Ley 2. Seconded by Bonecner. Vote was unanimous in favor
of motion.
There tieing no further business to come before tnis
meeting, meeting was adjourned.
