AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM,
FLORIDA, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 72 -3 OF
THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM RELATING TO
LOITERING AND PROFILING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF
GULF STREAM, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 72 -3 of the Town of Gulf
Stream is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
passage and approval as provided by law.
