Special meeting of the Board of Trustees called
for the purpose of designating a clean up week and also
to confer with Mr. Randall Tailis, acting Village Attorney,
in regard to certain Village Ordinances.

A quorum being present and Chairman Gillespie being
absent it was moved and seconded that t. C. Peer preside as
Chairman Pro-Tem. pf this meeting.

ce:) Meeting called to order by Chairman Peer.
W Mrs C. B. Brown was present and requested that a
week be designated as clean up week. After discussion it
was voted to designate the week beginning May 31, as the
week for the citizens to clean yards, streets, and alleys,
of the winters accumulation of trash, and the Clerk was
instructed to have an order to that effect published in
the Payette Fakes Star, stating the penalties for non-
compliance with same as prescribed in Ordinance N0. 1.
The matter of amending or repealing certain Village
._ Ordinances WSW 'disaussed: Motion by Brown. That Mr. Cyallis
be authorized to draw a new License Ordinance, and check
present Traffic and Sewer Ordinances and make any revisions
that he might deem necessary to bring same up to date. Seconded
by Bonecher. Vote was unanimous in tavor of motion.
There being no runner business to come before
this meeting, leering was adjourned.
