Notice :From the Forest Service requesting renewal of
Contract for Tater Service was read. Motion by Brown. That the
Forest -Service be requested to draw a new contract to conform
with the present schedule :for water service. Seconded oy Bonecheria
Motion Carried.

and requested a raise in salary. Liter discussion,a motion wes
made by Brown. That Mr. I cCallfs salary oe raised0.0.00 per
Month, beginning July 1, lye. Seconded oy Bonecher. Lotion
carried.

Ordinance No. 10d, termed " The Annual Appropriation
Bill", and Ordinance No. 104, Fixing the Village Tax Levy,
for the Year .1.36, was presented for consideration,=
Motion By Brown. That an emergency be declared to exist
and the the rules requiring the reading of en Ordinance et
three consecutive meetings before putting same to a vote
be suspended and that Ordinances No. lug and 1U4 be read
by the Clerk, Twice by Title and the Third time in full
and pieced for final vote. Seconded by Bonecher. Motion
Carried. Ordinances No. 10d and 104 were then read by the
Clerk, Twice by Title and the Third time in full and pieced
for final vote. Vote was uy Roll Call as follows.
Bonecher, Aye. Brown, ,dye. Gillespie, Aye. Neyes, Tone.
Ordinances No. 10d and 104 were then signed by Chairmen
Gillespie, and Clerk was instructed to have copies of same
published as required by law.
