Special meeting of the Board of Trustees called for
the purpose of action on e Building Ordinance.

Meeting called to order by Chairman Gillespie.
Ordinance Yo.105, an Ordinance for the prevention
of fires in the Village of McCall, designating Inner and
Outer 'dire Limits prescribing.type of buildings which
will be permited to construct in each and other measures
to reduce the fire hazards in the Village, was introduced
by Chairman Gillespie.
Motion by Bonecher. That an emergency be declared to
exist and that the rules requiring the reading of an. Ordinance
at three consecutive meetings before voting on same, be
suspended and that Ordinance No.105 be read by the Clerk,
Twice by Title anal the Third time in full and placed for
final Vote. Seconded by Watkins. Vote was unanimous in favor
of Motion.
Ordinance No.105, was then read by the Clerk, twice by
Title and the third time in full and placed for final Vote.

Ordinance No.100, was then signed by Chairmen Gillespie
and Clerk was instructed to have copy of same published as
