That the bills be paid as read. Seconded by Kasper. Potion carried unanimously. Mrs F. J. Peabody and Mrs Helen `". Luzadder were present and requested the co—operation of the Village in making a small Park out of the Street leading to the Village Dock. Motion by Brown. That Clerk write the Village Attorney and find out if this street could be dedicated as a Park without jeopar— dizing the rights of adjacent property owners 14#### to use of same and if this can be done, that work on the project be started es soon es convenient. Seconded by Mowrey. Vote was unanimous in favor of motion. Wm. F. 'earner was present and requested that Sewer Line be extended to his property. The matter was discussed by the Board. Potion by Brown. That Clerk write to Mr. P. H. ! innemen, 71. P. A. Administrator and request that he meet with the Village Board et his earliest convenience so that the Board could find out if there was anyway that some needed Sewer end '''Ater extensiojis could be made into T. P. A. Projects. Seconded by Vesper. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Brown. That permission be granted to the State Highway Department to dig a ditch along the South side of the Highway from the John Cook residence to the Lerdo Bridge end to plug a culvert opposite the Y. S. Anderson property. Said Ditch to be deep enough to properly drain all along that section of the Highway. Seconded by Bonecher. Vote was unanimous in favor of the motion. Pete Parish '.fifes present and made application for position of caretaker of the Village Jolt Course for the coming season. Motion by Brown. That Mr. Parish be given the position. Seconded by Kasper. Motion carried unan imously. The wetter of limiting the number of Beer and Pastime Licensee's was discussed at this meeting and it was agreed by the Board that no additional Beer and Pastime Licenses would be granted.
