Special meeting of the Board of. Trustees called
for the purpose of action on Ordirance No. 112, an
Ordinance regulating Amusement Devices, requiring a
License therefor and providing penalties for violation
thereof.
Roll Call.

Lquorum being present the meeting was called to
order by Cheirmaan Gillespie.
Ordinance No. 112, was introduced by Chairmen
Gillespie.
Motion by Bonecher. That an emergency be declared
to exist and the the rules requiring the reading of an
Ordinance at three consecutive meetings before putting
same to a vote, be dispensed with, and that Ordinance
No. 112? be read by the Clerk, twice by Title and the
third time in full and placed for final vote.
Seconded by gasper. Motion carried unanimously,
"!hereupon Ordinance No. 112, wes read by the Clerk,
twice oy Title and the third time in full and placed
for final vote. Vote ,°aas by roll call as follows,
Bonecher, Lye. Kasper, Lye. Naves, None.
Ordinance No. 112, :tas then signed by Cheirn n Gillespie
and Clerk was instructed to have copy of same published
as required by Law.
There being no further business the meeting
adjourned.
