Motion by Gillespie and seemded by Kasper the bills be
paid as read, Motion carried.
Mrs► Kasper, Cook and Campbell were present and took up the
matter of cemetery improvements
Moved by Mowery and seconded by Brown that clerk consult attorney
Wallace and acertain legal manner of handling cemetery fund.
Motion carried.
Moved by Brown and seconded by Mowery that resolution relative
to the depositing sewer funds in The First Security Bank be
passed as read, motion carried.
Moved by Kasper and seconded by Gillespie that resignation of
Guy Conyers be accepted, motion carried.
Ordinance No. 118 was then presented Moved by Brown and
seconded by Kasper that an emerginey existing Ordinancs No 118
be read once in full and twice by tital, Motion carried.
Odinanc No 118 was then read once in full and twice by tital.
Motion by Kasper and seconded by Brownthat ordinance be passed
as read. Roll call
