Meeting called to order by Chairman Gillespie.
Randal Wallace was present and the rater of amending Ordinance
No 110 was discussed.
Ordinance No. 118 was then presdnted. Moved by Kasper and
seconded by Mowery that an emeoggency existing that Ordinance
No. 118 be read once in full and twice by tital. Motion carried.
Ordinance No.118 was then raed once in full and twice by
titan.. Moved by Kasper and seconded by Mowery that Ordinance
No: Be passed as read.

Bonecher yes
Application of W. 0. Payton and W. P. Gillespie For beer license
were read . Motion by Bonecher and seconded by Kasper that
license be issued them as soon as they secure their county
license. Motion carried.
