a. Meeting called to order by acting chairman Warren Brown.
Election returns canvased and Walter Jordan and Jack Hayes were
declared elected. `"'Ater Jordan and Jack Hayes were then sworn in
as trustees. roved by Kasper and seconded by Brown that Jordan
be elected as Chairman. Motion Carried.
Minutes of the last Treeting read and approved.

Moved by Brown and seconded by Kasper that the bills be paid as
except the (West Coast For"er Account) which is to be paid when
ad iustments are made. .otion carried.
read
the bill of the Payette lake .-ransfer was presented too late to be
read by the Clerk and a V:otion by iowrey and seconded by Brown
ordered the clerk to pay this bill as presented. Motion Carried.
Jack Hayes then-,ffered -is resignation as trustee. It was moved
by Brown and seconded by Kasper that the resignation of Jack Hayes
• be accepted. kotion carried.

Tom Cunningham was present and applied for a space fora nears stand
on the street at the corner of C. C. Anderson store. This request
was refused.
h. J. Geelan applied for a license for Bottled Beer (Consumed on Premises),
Application will be presented July 1st, 1941.
M. h. Hoff was present and protested about the house of Arch Doolin being
in the street. Potion by Brown and seconded by kowrey that the house
be moved from the street. Wotion carried.
Ailey Joy 7as present and took up the ratter of the City Dock, he made
t: e proposition that If 'ne re given a lease he would rake the necessary
repairs on the dock. Wotion by Brown and seconded by Piowrey that
-►+ the :attorney by instructed to drag up a suitable lease. kotion carried.
Fete Hammon was present and took '1p the matter of manager of the golf
course. Y. R. Bnnecher was appointed as Manager.
..�, Application received of Al Dunker and George `ovington as caretaker.
(motion by Brown and sec ended by jior•rey that Louis Seiber be offered the
.lob of caretaker of the g7,lf course at 4150.00 per month, and that
Yrs. Pete Bannon be given The c^ncession at the caddy house to operate.
Motion carried. y
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
