A.oved by Mowery and seconded by Kasper that the bills be paid
as read. Notion carried.
Wiley Joy was present with Randall ~~'allace about the lease of
the City Dock. Nlr. ~iallace explained the legal procedure.
Notion by r~owrey that lease not be signed as written but be
clarified and published as it legally should be. Seconded by
Kasper. Carried.
Pti;rs. Kasper and Cook were present and asked what funds were avail-
-- able for use at cerretary. V!~Yiat funds were available they c~ere
assured could be used and ~~ork could start whenever they wished.
Bill Schroeder was present and asked for a street into his place.
Moved by Kasper. Randall V~~allace be authorized to obtain right-
away for street. Seconded by R!owery. A°_oti~n carried.
Bus Ingebretsen was present and asked for permit to put in electric
counsel or machine. No action taken.

telephone office. Moved by Kasper. Seconded by Mowery.to see
Gillespie if permit can be obtained to ~~ut siren on 1. G. A.
'"~' Store on a tower. Notion carried.

Question of Standard Oil old station cane up ~:nd moved by Kasper
that building be ordered torn down, as specified in permit
granted at time of building. No second.

John D. Gilmore was appointed to fill vacancy of J ack Hayes
eesigned.
Pete Hamon was present and took up the matter of an organized
Fire Department sponsored by the Lions Club and was promised
the support of the city.
Hand all V~allace reported back from a conference with ~eelan and
was told to et deeds on the street to Bill Schroeder s from
Geeland for 100.00.
There being no further business the meeting aras adjourned.
