Meeting called to order by Chairman Jordan.
Harry Brandt was present and was sworn in to finiah the term of
J.D.Gilmore.
After discussion it was moved by Mowrey and seconded by Brown
that Louis Seiber be offered 175.00 per month to care for
the golf course. With the understanding that he was to hire
and all his help.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
