Special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of
McCall for the purpose of action on Ordinance No. 124 and to
discuss the matter of constructing 'Storm S'ewer across Main Street
from C. C. Anderson corner toward the lake.

Meeting was called to order by Chairman.
Ordinance No. 124 an Ordinance amending Section 2 of Ordinance
Bo. 112, was introduced. After discussion motion was made by
Mowrey, that an emergency be declared to exist and that
ordinance No. 124 be read by Clerk twice by title and the third
time in cull and po-for final vote; seconded by Kasper.
Motion carried unanamously. Whereupon Ordinance No. 124 was
read by the clerk Twice by title and third time in full and
placed for final vote. Vote way by Roll Call as follows: --
Brandt, .dye; Mowrey, Aye; Kasper, Aye; Jordan, Aye; Nayes None.
Ordinance ]o. 124 was then signed by the Chairman and Clerk was
instructed to have a copy of same published as required by law.
The matter of Bunning a `storm :Newer Drain across Main treet
from C. C. AndersoAls corner to the lake was discussed. Motion
uy Kasper that if the necessary material can be obtained that
drain be installed. Seconded by Brandt. Motion carried
unanimously.
There being no further business the Board adjourned.
