Bonecher, acting Chair hew members, who were elected at the regular biennal electi a6 the city Hall, April 27 were as follows:- M. R. Bonecher h. A. Carr, J. W. Kasper and W. E. Mowrey; all of whom with ception of Mr. Mowrey, were administered the oath of office being absent. Meeting was open for discussion and organized by appointing W. E. Mowrey, on motion by N. A. Carr, seconded by J. Kasper, as temporary chairman until W. E. Jordan's return to McCall. Bowling was present at the meeting in the interests of Gray Conyers appointed as deputy sheriff.
