AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSE FOR THE 2012 -2013 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAXICAB DRIVER'S
LICENSE for SAFEWAY TAXI & LIMO for the 2012 -2013 License Term by the following:
ADAM GLOWACKA
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the facts stated in
the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be granted to for the 2012-
2013 License Term.

the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby authorized and directed
to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2012 -2013 License Term to ADAM GLOWACKA.
