tonight and have expressed interest in the Town's FY 15
budget, after the Town Manager has made his budget
presentation, I will allow a fifteen minute public forum
period to allow members of the public to speak on this
issue.
Tonight is not a public hearing, and the Town Council will
not be assuming its legislative mode on this matter. The
Council will not be discussing the budget tonight as it will
be having a number of public hearings during May and
June to fully review the budget.
Again, this is a limited public forum and each speaker will
be strictly limited to two minutes, since there will be a
number of other opportunities for the public to be heard
on this topic.
We will now proceed to the Town Managers FY 15
budget presentation with the public forum to follow.
