AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT
WITH NEW JERSEY REALTY ADVISORY GROUP, LLC
WHEREAS, the Borou .-h of Carteret is in need of professional appraisal services with regard to
tae assessments within the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, New Jersey Realty Advisory Group, LLC, 333 State Sheet, Perth Amboy, NJ
08361 possesses the requisite training, experience and expertise to provide said professional
appraisal services; and
WHEREAS, New Jersey Realty Advisory Group, LLC has proposed to perform the above
services at a cost not to exceed $3,062.50; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer ha certified that hinds are or will be available for the
same.
NO}V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That New Jersey Realty Advisory Group, LLC is hereby retained as a IicEnsed,
professional appraiser in the above referenced matter at a cost not to exceed
$3,062.50.
2. That this action is approved as an award of a professional services contract
pursuant to N.TS.A. 40A:11- 5(t)(1) in accordance with the Borough's Fair mid
Open Process as authorized by law.

And the Borough of Carteret a municipal Corporation having its Principal Office at the
Borough Hall, 61 Cooke Avenue, Cartret, New Jersey.
As per Resolution Number 12 -42.
THE CONTRACTOR does hereby agree to perform the following: PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FOR APPRAISAL
WITH REGARD TO TAX ASSESSMENTS,
NOT TO EXCEED: $3,062.50
According to the terms set forth in the Resolution.
THE BOROUGH does hereby agree to pay the Contractor the sum set forth in the Resolution.
