MINUTES OF A REGULARLY SCHEDULED WORKSHOP MEETING OF THE
PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF IRONDEQUOIT WAS HELD REMOTELY DUE
TO PUBLIC GATHERING RESTRICTIONS AND EXECUTIVE ORDERS IN PLACE
BECAUSE OF COVID-19, THIS PLANNING BOARD WORKSHOP MEETING WAS
CONDUCTED REMOTELY ON MONDAY, JULY 13, 2020 AT 7:00 P.M. TO CONSIDER
THE FOLLOWING CASES:

TB REFERRAL:
Upon the matter of request by Michael Alesi, for a SPECIAL USE PERMIT, to convert the
first floor from retail space to a residential dwelling unit to create a multi-family structure, on
premises 2012 EAST RIDGE ROAD, in a C- Business District.
Motion By: Blocchi, Seconded By: Eveland;
The Planning Board offered a POSITIVE REFERRAL to the Town Board with the
recommendation that the applicant be required to complete a Site Plan review to the Planning
Board to address issues related parking, signage and façade.
Motion Carried: 7 Aye, 0 Nay, 0 Absent, 0 Abstained.
Motion by Blocchi, Seconded by Hollenbeck the meeting was adjourned at 8:00pm, Motion
Carried: 7 Aye, 0 Nay, 0 Absent, 0 Abstained.
