Roll Call:-- . E. Jordan, Chairman, Present J. W. Kasper Ralph Paris °* Meeting was called to order by Chairman Jordan. Ralph Paris was duly swor4 in as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Village of McCall, to fill the unexpired term of File Carr. The Minutes of the last meetings of February 5, 1945 and February 13, 1945, were read, and on motion approved as read. The Clerk read the following bills:-- Geo. Cox Extra Police 15.00 E. A. 3eaquist Clerk, tele. postage 45.98 Brown's Tie & Lumber Co. Welding grader 4.85 3tockwells Supplies 1.40 Lakeside Auto Repair Grader 45.30 May Hardware .3upplies 1.96 Idaho Power Service 185.02 Postmaster Envelopes 20.95 Payette Lakes Mar Office Supplies 14.50 Cascade Telephone Co. Service 6.25 John's Service Supplies 28.38 Thos. F. Eastman Engineer -water 45.00 (day Conyers Police 156.90 Richard Gerberding 7atermaster 36.24 A. H. Bivens Insurance premium 5.04 Motion by J. V. Kasper, seconded by Ralph Paris that bills be :'flowed as read. Motion carried. A Motion was made by J. W. Kasper and seconded by Ralph Paris, that the clerk be instructed to prder 2584 feet of 4-inch transite water pipe from Johns -Manville Company, same to be used for water extension towards the golf course. Pipe ordered is to be installed, providing same comes in time so that it can be conveniently placed in the ground before freeze-up time, otherwise it is to be held over until such time as it can be layed without interference of the elements. Motion carried. Tome Feeney, Prosecuting Attorney for Valley County', met with the board in regard to legal matters that are before the board. Mr. Feeney took the matters discussed under advisement and is to report on same at a future date. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, it was moved, seconded and carried to adjourn.
