The Board of Trustees of the Village of McCall, Idaho, met
on the above date in special session, in regard to a
Watermaster for the village of McCall, and the following
„usiness took place: --

Meeting was called to order by Chairman Jordan.
Orville Chalrant met with the board in regard to his appoint-
ment as Watermaster for the Village of McCall, stating that
he would have to have a monthly salary of $185.00 per month
for the position.
Moved by M. B. .tsonecher, seconded by Wallace Hiatt that Mr.
Chalfant be hiredby the month at the above stated salary of
$185.00 per month, ueginning April 19, 1945, subject to the
approval of the other two members of the Board. If no
agreement was reached by the other members of the Board, who
were absent at this meeting, Mr. Chalfant is to be paid at
the rate of $1.00 per hour for the time he had put in.
Motion carried.
Limy Conyers also asked for a raise in his salary as Chief of
Police of the Village of McCall, Idaho. The matter was dis-
cussed to considerable length, but was decided to let the
matter rest until the next regular meeting which will be
held on May 7th, 1945, when it is hoped that all members of
the board can be present.
There being no rurther business to come berore the Board
at this time, it was moved, seconded and carried to adjourn.
