MINUTES OF A REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETING OF THE PLANNING BOARD OF
THE TOWN OF IRONDEQUOIT WAS HELD REMOTELY DUE TO PUBLIC GATHERING
RESTRICTIONS AND EXECUTIVE ORDERS IN PLACE BECAUSE OF COVID-19, THIS
PLANNING BOARD MEETING WAS CONDUCTED REMOTELY ON MONDAY, JULY
27, 2020 AT 7:00 P.M. TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING CASES:

TB REFERRAL:
Upon the matter of request by BME Associates, acting as agent for 1267 E. Ridge Holdings
LLC, for a SPECIAL USE PERMIT, to redevelop a single-use commercial building into a
mixed use commercial building with site related improvements located at 1233 & 1267 EAST
RIDGE ROAD, in an M – Manufacturing District
Motion By: Read, Seconded By: Blocchi;
The Planning Board offered a POSITIVE REFERRAL to the Town Board with the
recommendation that this will be a good reuse of the parcels.
Motion Carried: 7 Aye, 0 Nay, 0 Absent, 0 Abstained.
Motion by Blocchi, Seconded by Eveland, the meeting was adjourned at 7:11pm, Motion
Carried: 7 Aye, 0 Nay, 0 Absent, 0 Abstained.
