E. Jordan Wallace Hiatt J. W. Kasper Ralph Paris Meeting was called to order by Chairman W, E. Jordan. The minutes of the last meeting of September 10, 1945, were read anl. on motion approver as real. Kasper that bills be allowel as real. excepting Gantz Transfer bill of $32.00 for gurther invertiga- tion, Motion carried. Mr. Bessecker met with the Board in regard' to the condition of the road in fron of, and near, his property, stating that it was in an impassable condition. Board agreed to have road repaired as soon as equipment was available. Motion by Wallace Hiatt, secon?e7 by J. T. Kasper that Board or 4er 400 feet of 1i inch fire hose with; two nozzles ani symise coupling; also 400 feet of 2i-inch fire hose from Eureka Fire Hose Co. Motion carriei, and or .E�r was written up by firmts representative who was present at meeting. J. M. McVey met with the Board in intrest of getting water to his camp whenever possible. No tiefinite action was taken, a.t this time. Motion by Ralph Paris, seconderi by J. W. Kasper that roai near the Dehlin place be grated and put in shape. Motion carried. Andy Anderson was grante{i permission to put in a crossing on the Hitchcock property to be used for a boat crossing. Moved by J. T. Kasper, secone<i. by Ralph Paris that Board allow the Public Library to extend the petition of the library thus enlarging the library; that City build the petition. Motion carried. There being no further business the Board adjourned.
