Neal Talker met witn the board in regarj to water installation
male last fall. He presente l a bill for 63.00 for material and
labor used in installation; his grater rental amounted to the sum
of t27.00 to late, leaving the sum of 436.00 whicn was cre-�itei
to his account .
The Chair appointed M. R. Bonecher as a committee of one to
obtain the sentiment of these intereste7 in flying to get their
opinion in regar to conlucting the airport in the t'uture. Mr.
Bonecher to report at the next meeting.
The Chair reporte `i that he has a bid. of 140.00 for the of ; City
Car an ask permission to sell same. He vas ir.structel by the
boar' members to complete the sale of car.
Motion by M. R. Bonecher, secon:ei by J. T. Kasper that Ralph
Paris be authorize to purchase a tractor to be use{ on the
golf course, whenever tractor was available. Motion carrief.
Motion by Wa_-lace Hiatt, secon lea by M. P. Bonecher that an
annual financial report ant quarterly reports be publishet in
the local newspaper. Motion carried.
F. A. Seaauist ten'ere i his resignation effective March 15,
1946, as clerk, resignation acceptei. Orville Brooks to
replace him.
