A special melting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of IcCal1, Idaho, was
held on the above date and the following business was transacted:
Roll Call:
Joe Kasper
M. R. Bonecher
Ralph Paris
Wallace Hiatt
Meeting was called to order by acting Chairman Ralph Paris.
It was unanimously agreed that Leonard Ackaret be hired as Watermaster at a
salary of t200.00 per month with a 48 hour week. Time and one half to be paid
for overtime.
Mr. Ackaret accepted the job and agreed to start wokk April 1st.
The type of equipment necessary for the maintenance of the streets was then
discussed, including both summer and winter needs, and it was agreed to purchase
a #10 or #212 Caterpillar Patrol which was recommended by Mr. Ackaret. The
purchase of a dump truck was also discussed.
aRalph Paris was appointed to contact the Bunting Tractor Co. about buying a patrol
and report his findings to the next regular meeting.
.. Mr. Hiatt suggested that the Board notify the Clerk to inform Ralph Conyers by
letter that his services as Watermaster would expire March 31, 1946.
