An adjourned regular meeting of the board of Trustees of the Village of McCall,
Id ho, was held on the above date and the following business was transacted:

Meeting was called to order by Chaim an T.
Jerian.
Ralph Paris reported to the Board regarding his findings regarding Patrol for
the Ville.ge streets. It was pointed our the.t the Village must tak: steps now
for the purchase of snow removal equipment as the Brown Tie R. L.umber, Co, will.
not, have equipment located here next Tinter to assitt in keening the streets
open.
The matter of the amount of the Village Clerks bond was discussed by the Board
at the request of the Clerk. The bond, in the past, has been in the amount of
$500.00. It was agreed that this was far too low because of the amount of
money involved.
Motion by Wallace Hiatt; That the Clerke bond be fixed at P5,001.01.
Second by Ralph Paris. Carried.

Motion by 74ph Paris and Second by Wallace Hiatt; that the bills be approved
as read and the Clerk be instructed to iss ue warrants for the same. Carried.
Motion By Ralph Paris and seconded by walla.ce Hiatt: That the C lerk be
instructed to have the budget for the year 1946-47 printed for the necessary
period. Carried.
The matter of leasing the Airport for the coming year was discussed at length.
The following motion was made by Ralph Paris: That the matter of leasing the
Airport be postponed until the next regular meeting of the Board: That the
Clerk is instructed to notify Fred Gardner., Secretary, of the Johnson Flying
Service, t}'a.t the Boarddiscussea asking the Johnson Flying Service $500.00
per year for the present hanger, the Village to reserve the right to lease grourvi
for the construction of other hangers to any other interested parties. The
field to he left open for all operations. Second by Hiatt. carried.
Mothon by Wallace Hiatt: That the Village write to Mr. Moulton, of the S tate
Aeronautics Division, in answer to his communication of Starch 15, asking for
financial assistance and cooperation for the McCall Airport. Seconded by Ra#h
Paris. Carried.
Motion by Wallace Hiatt: That the Village accent the bid of James Munro Co.
for the audit of the Village books for the past two years. Seconded by Ralph
Paris. Carried,

Motion by Tallace Hiatt: That the Village purchase nroper enripment for the
removal of snow from the streets ,7?hi for the constrution of streets.
Seconded by Ralph Paris. Carried.
