A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the village of McCall, Idaho, was
held on the above date and the following business was transacted;

Meeting was called to order by Chairman W. E. Jordan.
Minuetes of the meetings held on July 1st and July 15th were read and approved.
Motion by Ralph Paris and seconded by Joe Kasper that the following bills with
the exception of the two bills presented by Tom Kimery be allowed as read. The
of Tom Kimery were disapproved.

Motion by Joe. Kasper, seconded by Ralph Paris that the clerk write to Mr.,Painter
of the Neater Works Equipment Company and determine what is necessary for proper
sewer disposal pumps so that the village may order and properly install the same.
Carried.
Motion by Joe Kasper, seconded by Ralph Paris that the city order pipe and
fittings as par bid of the Pacific States Cast Iron Pipe Company, dated July
23, 1946, also to order the necessary 8n pipe to put the water words in accord
with the specifications of the Idaho Surveying and Rating Bureau. Carried.
Motion by Joe Kasper, seconded by Wallace Hiatt, that George Rivenburg be
given authority to look afterthe dump ground and instructed to supervise the
dumping of trash on the city dump. Carried.
Motion by Ralph Paris, seconded by Wallace Hiatt that the lease of the Johnson
Flying Service for the current year be accepted. Harried.
Motion by Ralph Paris, seconded by Joe Kasper that both proposals of the Boise
Payette Lumber Co. regarding the eleven acres for school ground and the public
beach be returned to said company with the request that the Boise Payette
Lumber Company advance some other method by which the village might obtain
the beach. Carried.
No further business coming before the Board the meeting was adjouned.
