The meeting was called to order by 7. Jordan, Chairman. The minutes of the last
reguiarmeting was read and approved.
The following bills were read:

Motion by M. ._-,. Bonecher seconded by Wallace Hiatt that the bills be paid as reaa,
Carried.
The following bids were received on the Allis-Chalmers S peed Patrol.

Motion by lialph Paris seconded by Wallace Hiatt that the above bids be rejected
and the checks returned to the bidaers. Car ied.
Motion by Ralph Paris seconded by M. Ponecher that the Village bill the
Idaho Power Co., 300.00 for street light fixtures. Carried.
BettyHarwood, of the Progressive Club, apt eared before the Board regardlg
forming a cemetery district. The valuation for the new proposed district would
be about *00,O0D.
The Progressivt Club would like water extended to the cemetery and a caretaker
hired during the summer months. It is suggested that the cemetery should be left
in it's natural state planting only native shubbtry and flowers.
Motion by Wallace Hiatt s,._?conded by M. H. 7.oneeher that the Village will cooperate
with the Progressive Club in forming a cemetery district.
Motion by M. H. Bonecher seconded by Ralph Paris that the salary of Leonard Ackaret
be railed to $250.00 per month starting March 1st, 1947. Carried.
