C~'.r A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of McCaLl., Idaho was held on the above date to make. the Village Budget for the biennium year from May 1st, 1947 - to April 30th, 1948, and arty other business which might come before said Board. Jordan, Chairman, Robert MaBrid~s V~allace Hiatt Ralph Paris The proposed Ordinance #141 cavar3ng the ale and firing of Fireworks was read for the first time at length. _ Motion 1~ Trustee Ralph. Paris seconded by Trustee ~allaca Hiatt- " Be it hereby-re~oved., that. in :conformity with Section 49601..I. C. k. the buildings. used as prvy~and_,an ice house in.the rear of the premises of the Brandt ~[otor Compar~r is M~a11, Idaho., is declared to ba public nuisanos i:n that they are a menace to public health~snd safety. I3ow~ therefore:, the said privys and ice hou,7e is to be removed by the first day of June, 1947. and in .event of the failure of the Brandt Motor.Company to. remove the said privys and ice house the Chief of Police is instructed to sa remove the said privys.and ice house and expenses of so doing are. to be especially assessed against the said property.~t :;:' Dated-12 May 1947. eY Motion by :Ralph Paris and sec{.nded by V~allace Hiatt- "Be it hereby resolved,. that in conformity with Section 49x801 I, .C.
