Motion by Joe Kasper seconded by Ralph Paris that the bills be paid as read. Carried. notion by Ralph Paris seconded by Joe Kasper that Leonard Ackaret and P,'allace Hiatt look into the possibility of opening Park Street between Fourth and Sixth Streets and if the same is leasable the street be opened. Carr led. Jack Frost appeared before the Board and requested that a certain area of land extending west along the highway and including the location of the Chicken Roost be brought within the Village limits. Motion by Ralph Paris seconded by Wallace Hiatt that the area west of the Village including the location of the Chicken Roost be taken into the Village limits and that any sewer or water extentions made in said area shall be done at the awners ec~pense and after installation.. of the sa me the laid water or sewer lines shall be deeded to the Village. ~sid installations shall be according to Vallage specifications. Carried. Motion by Ralph Paris seconded by Joe Kasper that the people living outside of the village limits north of the golf course be allowed to connect with the Village water system provided, that any pipe laid within the Village be deeded to the Village after the pipe is laid at the expense of the property owners. Carried. Motion by Joe Kasper seconded by Ralph Paris that the Village accept the offer of the Brown Tie & Lumber Co. to pay one. half of the graveling and oiling costs of the road from the Hotel McCall to the alley between Lakeshore Blvd. and McCall Av e. and said alley north to Helmlock St.. Carried. ov er 256 b4otion by Joe Kasper seconded by ~Tallace Hiatt that the Village of PdicCall accept the deed of the Dewey Davis Estate for the Public Beach on Payette Lakes in the Dewey Davis $ract. Carried. P~~otion by Joe Kasper seconded by kalph Paris that Ordinance x#142 amending Ord. #138 and regulation construction and storage within the inner fire limits be passed and approved. Carried. Pdotion by V~allace Hiatt seconded by Joe :gasper that the following Slot Machine Location Applications be accepted; Tiajuana Club Foresters Club Old Oregon Trail Club E: Cafe Annex Club Chicken Roos t The motion was Carried.
