A regular meat~.ng of the Board of Trustees of the Village of I~~cCall was held on
the above date and the following business transacted;

Meeting was called to order by Chairman Gleru~ Hoti~ell.
The minutes of June 7th, 19th, 25th and 28th were read and approved.
The matter of the Dewey Davis estate park seas discussed at length by the Board
and by interested persons who attended the meeting. In this connection, the
follov~ring motion seas made:
Motion by Ralph Paris, seconded by F~allace Hiatt that the Village give a quit
claim deed to Loys G. Peterson, Stanley I. Robinson and D. N. Nordling, covering
thirty feet of land extending in front of their properties west towards the Lake
from the survey line, in order to straighten out the situation regarding the
Dewey Davis estate park.
Motion by Ralph Paris, seconded by Joe Kasper that Pir. Russell be employed to
run a survey on the :extension of the main sewer as far north as gravity flog can
be maintained. I+dotion carried. '
Motion by Joe Kasper, seconded by Bob P~icBride that the Yacht Club Inc. be per-
mitted to move their location for the purpose of operating chance prize games
from the Tia3uana Club to the main floor of the Yacht Club Hotel in a room
directly connected to the sitting room from the main front entrance. Motion
carried.
Motion by Ralph Paris, seconded by tiwallace Hiatt that the Village mould pay
~1G,80 to put the old City dock into shape for use this summer. P&otion carried.
