A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of P~Ic Call was
held on the above date and the followz.ng business transacted:

The meeting ~r,as called to order by Chairman, Glenn Howell.
Dr. ~~angum ap_~:eared before the Board in the matter of the Davis Estate Beach.
He stated that his home ?eras within about 1~0 ft. of .the beach line on the west
boundary of his property and it is his desire that the Bva~•d give him the same
30 ft. consideration as ?fras given s~~me of the other lot owners in the Davis
Estate. The decision of the Board was put off until the next meeting during
which time the members of the Board can look over the ground.
The matter of the Claude Avery prop~:rty was agayn brought before the Board and
it was brought to light that the State probably hol~zs title to the land in the
trian;;le south of Avery-s place and that it is~:being purchased from the state
on a long term contract and that the original proposed trade cannot be made.
Ben iviartin is to check into the matter of ownership of said trianule and bring
it before the next meeting of the Board.
Mr. Ben "viartin was also asked to give the Board a decision regarding the matter
of straightening out the highway at the Dr. Numbers corner.
Glenn Lungren representing the grocery store, speared before the Board regarding
farm peddlers selling farm prod?zce on t e streets and from house to house.

Ben I+dartin ?~rith the exception that Chet Stephens be instructed to advise any
farm ;peddlers not to make arty more trips into ~Ic Call to sell from house to house.
Roy Stover ap~~eared before the Board and asked that tine Village repeal the Ord.
covering Chance Prize Games. The Board declined the request.
Dutch Rutherford ai,~jeared before the Board and stated that the surer in 11:340
was within 250 feet of his place and at t'zat time it vas stated that the se?°;er
v~ras too small to take on any more ;;laces. Since that time Bro?~n~ s shop and a
three room apartment house :~f Ted Harwoods has hooked on to the sa~.e line. -
The total expense of hooking on is X350.00 and he asz~s that the Village pay
~100.Od ~f the cost. This ?would also allow ~drs. Close to hoof; on.
The Board agreed to help lay and bac'~ fill the line.
Leonard Ackaret wags instructed to send in daily reports and sampls of ?crater
to the Dept. of Public HMalth.
No further business cominh before the B~~%ard the meeting ?vas adjourned at 10:30 P. iVt.
