The minutes of September 13 were read and approved. The matter of Dr. Mangum~s request regarding the Dewey Davis Estate property was brought before the Board by the Chairman. Motion by Joe Kasper seconded by Ralph P axis ; that the Board do not grant Dr. Mangum~s request for additional footage extending from his present property line toward the lake. Motion Carried. Joe Kasper reported that he had inspected the fire truck and that it mas his belief that the motor was not in bad shap e. Art Franeis stmtedthat he believed that it did need an overhaul. After some discussion the Chairman ask Mr. Kasper to have the motor fixed. A request ~,Tas received from the McCall Library Board asking premission to put an oil stove in the library and to install a light ~n the porch and to fix the windows. Motion by P~al~h Paris seconded by P~allace Hiatt; that Pet~-• Parrish be instructed to fix the ~rindows and build the place for the oil barre~.l and that the Library Board be gErmitted to install a light on the porch and to install an oil stove. r~~otion Carried.
